Abstract


Abstract: Community service activities aim to increase the knowledge and skills of partners in
managing and developing home-based businesses, so that partners can be economically
independent. Based on these objectives, it is hoped that the problems faced by Mrs. Fatmawati's
home-based business can be resolved. In this service activity, the problems that will be prioritized
are inadequate production equipment, no financial management/financial bookkeeping, and
ineffective marketing. The solution offered by the community service team in solving problems is
to provide direct assistance in the form of capital and production equipment, train and foster
financial management and marketing. The method used is the method of training and coaching to
partners. From the implementation of this service activity, there has been a provision of initial
capital and production equipment, the availability of bookkeeping reports, there are already
business brands/labels, attractive packaging, and marketing training, so as to increase production
efficiency and create good cash flow.
