Penyuluhan Tentang Pentingnya Menjaga Kesehatan Reproduksi Dibulan Suci Ramadhan Didesa Blang Oi Kecamatan Meuraxa Banda Aceh

Abstract


Based on data from the 2010 World Health Organization (WHO) poor reproductive health problems for women have reached 33% of the total burden of disease suffered by women in the world, one of which is vaginal discharge. The number of women in the world who have experienced vaginal discharge is 75%, while European women who have experienced vaginal discharge are 25%. This figure is greater than reproductive problems in men which only reach 12.3% at the same age as women. The purpose of this community service is to provide useful insight and knowledge about reproductive health to the people of Blang Oi Village, Meuraxa District, Banda Aceh about the importance of maintaining personal hygiene. A TEAM of community service lecturers and students carry out activities in the form of outreach related to reproductive health education. The socialization activity was carried out on April 18, 2020, at Blang Oi Village, Meuraxa District, Aceh Besar District. The benefits of this socialization aim to add insight and educate the public to understand the signs and symptoms of reproductive health disorders and how to maintain reproductive health. The activity support team consists of lecturers and nursing students, village heads and the village community of Blang Oi, Meuraxa District, Aceh Besar District. In general, this community service activity aims to provide understanding to the public regarding reproductive health.
