Abstract


Abstract: Epigastric pain is a burn that occurs in the upper center of the abdomen under the process of shiphoideus. Epigastric complaints can be caused by abnormalities of the abdominal organs one of which is the gallbladder. Ultrasonography (USG) can help diagnose gallbladder disease. The gallbladder is a pear-shaped bladder, located in the quadratus lobe with a length of 7-10 cm. The purpose: To know the gallbladder ultrasound picture in patients who came with epigastric pain complaints at the Radiology Installation of Meuraxa General Hospital of Banda Aceh in 2018. Research method: quantitative, descriptive with prospective approach. Sampling with total sampling technique. The data analysis used is univariate analysis.

Results: A thorough gynecological ultrasound with epigastric pain in the Radiology Installation of Meuraxa General Hospital of Banda Aceh in 2018 found a sample of 37 people who have met the inclusion criteria. Based on sex, the most found in women with 23 people (62.2%) and the remaining 14 people (37.8%) with male gender. Based on the people of age, the frequency is highest in the 40-59 years age group (37.8%). Based on the experimental results, it was obtained as normal as 15 people (40.5%), cholecystitis 11 people (29.7%), and cholelitiasis 7 people (18.9%), and cholecystitis and cholelitiasis 4 people (10.8%). Conclusion: patients who come with epigastric pain. It is entrusted with the ultrasound of the gallbladder to excrete other organs.
