PENGARUH UMPAN BALIK TERHADAP MOTIVASI BELAJAR MAHASISWA TAHAP KLINIK DI RUMAH SAKIT PENDIDIKAN UTAMA

Abstract


Abstract: Feedback is the process of delivering information, advice, guidance and supervision from
instructors to student progress, and student's qualifications. Feedback is part of education, training and
health training programs. In a feedback meta-analysis study, Kluger and DeNisi concluded that feedback
responses "improved the average application." However, they also found more than one-third of the
feedback functions led to a decrease in performance. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of
learning on the students at Pendidian Utama Hospital Banda Aceh Year 2018. This research is descriptive
with Cross Sectional Study conducted in Banda Aceh Primary Education Hospital. The population in this
study is medical students. The number of medical students as many as 91 people. The sample used total
sampling with 91 respondents. there is the influence of specific feedback on student learning motivation at
the clinical stage and there is no effect of non-specific feedback on student learning motivation at the
clinical stage.
