GAMBARAN PENGETAHUAN SANTRIWAN DAN SANTRIWATI PESANTREN DAYAH MODERN DARUL ULUM TERHADAP PENYAKIT TINEA KRURIS

Abstract


Abstract: Tinea cruris is a dermatophytosis found in the groin, perineum area, and around the anus caused by the fungus Trichopython rubrum and Epidermophyton fluccosum, Skin disorders that appear on the part of the thigh is a firm-bound lesion. Inflammation at the edges is more marked than the middle area. Superfisisalis mycosis suffered a lot of the population of tropical countries. Indonesia is one tropical country that has a high temperature and humidity, is a good atmosphere for the growth of fungi. In Indonesia tinea cruris is the most dominant type after tinea korporis. This research is descriptive and aims to know the description of knowledge of santriwan and santriwati Pesantren Dayah Modern Darul Ulum against tinea kruris disease. Data collection was conducted on 50 respondents, most respondents were at the age of 16 years, amounted to 23 people (46.0%). Knowledge of tinea cruris disease in the category of less that is 8 people (16,0%), knowledge of respondent which is in enough category that is 13 people (26,0%), whereas knowledge of respondent which is in good category that is 29 person (58,0 %). The authors suggest that the Provincial Health Office of Aceh to be able to improve the service of skin disease education, especially tinea cruris
