Abstract


Abstract: The hospital is a health care facility for the community that must always improve the quality of services to meet patient satisfaction. This study aims to analyze patient satisfaction outpatient in internal medicine polyclinics using smartphones to online registration services at Meuraxa Regional General Hospital (RSUD) Banda Aceh. Respondents from this study were outpatients in the internal medicine polyclinic who used smartphones and conducted online registration services. The sample from this study was 83 people. The process of primary data collection is done by using research instruments in the form of questionnaires and data processing to determine the validity and reliability of the questionnaire using the SPSS program. Independent variables online registration and the dependent variable patient satisfaction level were measured using the Servqual Method which included form, reliability, response, assurance, and empathy. The results were obtained by all respondents who were satisfied with the online registration service provided by Meuraxa Regional Hospital Banda Aceh and from the five dimensions of satisfaction that affected patient satisfaction were dimensions of tangible, responsiveness, and empathy.
