PROFILE OF HYPERTENSION PATIENTS IN PUSKESMAS KUTA BARO ACEH BESAR

Abstract


Hypertension is a degenerative disease that becomes a public health problem and often appears asymptomatic and becomes one of the mortality and morbidity in Indonesia. Hypertension is influenced by factors that cannot modified including age, sex, and famyli history, while those tahat can modified incluid nutrision status and smoking. This study aims to determine the profil of hypertensiv patients. The study was conducted from february 10 to april 24 2019 at the public poly at the Kuta Baro Health Center in Aceh Besar. The study design was descrptive with a cross-sectional approch. The number of respoindens was 94 peopple. This study uses medical records and guided interview methods. In this study there were more hypertensiv patiens (71,3%) while men (28,7%), based on the age group more often found in late adults (36-59 years) 51,1%, followed by alderly (>60 years) 38,8% and early adults (18-35 years) 10,6%, based in history of hypertension in more families who have a history of hypertensiom (45,7%), no hystory of hypertension (43,6%) and (10,6%) unknow, based om the most nutritional status found in normal nutyrytion (47,9%), over nutrition (20,2%), obesity level II (17,0%), obesity level I (12,8%), and malnutrion (2,1). Based on the most smoking habits in mild smokers (7,4%), followed by heavy smokers (5,3%), and the lowest in moderate smokers (3,2%).
