Analisis Penggunaan Input pada Usahatani Kacang Panjang di Kemukiman Glee Yeung Kabupaten Aceh Besar

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the factors influence the production of string beans and the stage of production which has been utilized in the Glee Yeung settlement. The method used in this study is a survey method, with simple random sampling technique. The size of the sample was taken by 28 string bean farmers. This study uses the Cobb-Douglas analysis model. The results obtained by the equation are: :  Y =  282,058272. X1 0,74716 . X2 0,22312 .  X3 0,084619 . X4 0,02311. The amount of production elasticity of the production factors analyzed is 1,078009 which means that the use of arable land area (X1), labor (X2), manure (X3) and seed (X4) takes place at the increasing yield stage or at the Ep > 1 area on the production curve is in area I (irrational area) and for this case additional production factors (inputs) need to be implemented. The results of simultaneous test (F test) turns out that the regression equation is very meaningful, which can explain the relationship between production results with factors of production of arable land area (X1), labor (X2), manure (X3) and seeds (X4). While, the partial testing (t-test) illustrated that the arable land production factor (X1), labor (X2) has a significant effect on production (Y) while factors of manure production (X3) and seeds (X4) have no effect on string bean production.
