Abstract


This research was conducted in the cities of Banda Aceh and Aceh Besar. The purpose of this study was to determine farmers' perceptions of vegetable hydroponics during the COVID-19 pandemic in Banda Aceh and Aceh Besar. This research method is a survey method. The population in this study were hydroponic farmers in the cities of Banda Aceh and Aceh Besar. The number of respondents in this study were 10 respondents. The sampling technique was carried out by saturated sampling (census sample). The results of the research on the level of farmers' perceptions of vegetable hydroponics during the covid-19 pandemic in Banda Aceh and Aceh Besar cities with a percentage of 50% were in the medium category, because during the Covid-19 pandemic the income from seling vegetables did not decrease drastically because even during the covid-19 pandemic. Farmers continue to sell their produce at home and in supermarkets so that this does not affect farmers' income during the COVID-19 pandemic.
