PERTUMBUHAN DAN PRODUKSI TANAMAN BAWANG MERAH (Allium ascalonicum L.) PADA BERBAGAI KOMPOSISI MEDIA TANAM DAN DOSIS FUNGI MIKORIZA ARBUSKULAR (FMA)

Abstract


Abstrak : Research on the Growth and Production of Shallots (Allium ascalonicum L.) in Various Plant Media and Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi Doses which has been carried out on the land of the Agricultural Extension Center Office of BPP Meuraxa, Banda Aceh City, starting on 13 June to 28 August 2021 The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of various planting media and various doses of Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi on Shallots (Allium ascalonicum L.) and to determine the interaction effect of various growing media and various doses of Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi on Shallots (Allium ascalonicum L.). In this study, a 3 x 4 factorial randomized block design (RAK) was used with 3 replications, so there were 9 treatment combinations and 36 experimental units. The results showed that: (1) the dose of planting media on the Shallot (Allium ascalonicum L.) plant had a very significant effect on plant height at 45 days after planting the number of tubers and tuber diameter. Significantly affected the number of leaves (15, 30 and 45 DAP) and wind-dried tuber weight. However, it had no significant effect on plant height (15 and 30 DAP). (2) Treatment of Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi fertilizer had a very significant effect on plant height (45 DAP), number of leaves (15, 30 and 45 DAP), number of tubers, tuber diameter and wind dry weight of tuber. Significantly affected the number of aged leaves (30 DAP). However, it had no significant effect on plant height at 15 DAP. (3) There was no significant interaction between the treatment of growing media and the dose of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi on shallot plants. The best treatment was found in the combination of planting media treatment and dose of M2F2 arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (soil planting medium treatment (3) : rice husk charcoal (2) : cow manure (1) and arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi 100 grams/Polybag).
