POTENSI PERTUMBUHAN DAN HASIL TANAMAN KACANG TANAH (Arachis hypogaea L.) TERHADAP PEMBERIAN PUPUK KANDANG AYAM DAN FUNGI MIKORIZA ARBUSKULAR (FMA)

Abstract


Potential Growth and Yield of Peanut Plants (Arachis hypogaea L.) on Provision of Chicken Manure and Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi (AMF)". This research aims to determine the effect of several doses of chicken manure and Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi (AMF) and the interaction between the two on peanut plants (Arachis hypogaea L.). This research used a Randomized Block Design (RAK) with a 3 x 4 factorial pattern with 3 replications, so there were 12 treatment combinations and 26 experimental units. The first factor studied was chicken manure (A) consisting of 3 treatment levels, A0 = Control, A1 = 1 Kg/Plot, A2 = 2 Kg/Plot. Meanwhile, the second factor studied was arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (FMA) (F) consisting of 4 treatment levels, namely without treatment, F0 = Control, F1 = 100 grams/Plot, F2 = 200 grams/Plot and F3 = 300 grams/Plot. The results of the research showed that the treatment with several doses of chicken manure studied had a very significant effect on plant height (15, 30 and 45 DAP), number of pods per plot, pod weight per sample and pod weight per plot. Really has an effect on the number of pods per sample parameter. The several doses of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi studied had a very significant effect on plant height (15, 30 and 45 DAT), number of pods per sample, number of pods per plot, pod weight per sample and pod weight per plot. Treatment of doses of chicken manure and arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi on peanut plants. The best treatment is a combination of chicken manure and arbuscular mycorrhizal fungus A2F3 (treatment with a dose of chicken manure (2 kg/plot) and arbuscular mycorrhizal fungus (300 grams/plot).
