KINERJA PENYULUH PERTANIAN PADA KELOMPOKTANI PALA DALAM WILAYAH KERJA BALAI PENYULUH PERTANIAN KECAMATAN SAMADUA KABUPATEN ACEH SELATAN

Abstract

Samadua Subdistrict is one of the sub-districts in South Aceh Regency that has a large nutmeg garden. The problem in this study is how the performance of extension workers in the Nutmeg Farming Group in the Agricultural Extension Work Area of Samadua District, South Aceh Regency. This study aims to determine the performance of extension workers in the Nutmeg Farming Group in the Agricultural Extension Work Area of Samadua District, South Aceh Regency. The population in this study was agricultural extension workers who guided nutmeg farmers. The sampling technique is carried out by "Census" by taking information from all agricultural extension workers, totaling 10 people who are respondents, from 13 extension workers on duty in Samadua District and three extension workers on duty in their work areas without nutmeg plants. The data collection method used is primary data obtained through interviews using predetermined questionnaires to obtain accurate information based on a list of questions that have been prepared in advance and secondary data obtained from the Central Statistics Agency and at the Office of the Agricultural Extension Center. The data analysis method used in this study was a likert scale using 21 tupoksi. The results of this study show that the performance of agricultural extension workers in the nutmeg farming group in the Working Area of the Agricultural Extension Center, Samadua District, South Aceh Regency, received a result of 89.68% with a relatively good interpretation and can continue to maintain this excellent performance and the Extension Officer is very responsible for the main tasks and functions (Tupoksi) that have been charged to him.
