KEMAMPUAN GURU SEKOLAH TERPENCIL DALAM MENERAPKAN E-LEARNING DI MASA PANDEMI COVID 19

Abstract


Guru di sekolah terepncil selalu memiliki masalah dan tantangan yang unik. Pandemi Covid 19 menjadi tantangan baru bagi mereka. Namun, e-learning menjadi solusi terbaik dalam proses belajar mengajar di masa pandemi covid 19 yang mematikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi kemampuan guru sekolah terpencil Indonesia dalam menerapkan kerangka kerja TPACK berbasis e-learning. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional survey. Ini dilakukan di salah satu provinsi di Indonesia di mana data dikumpulkan dari 376 guru sekolah terpencil melalui survei kuesioner. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa, sebagian besar, guru sekolah terpencil Indonesia sebagian besar memiliki kemampuan yang tidak memadai dalam menerapkan e-learning. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut, kami berpendapat bahwa sangat penting untuk meningkatkan kemampuan guru sekolah terpencil di Indonesia, dan diperlukan lebih banyak kursus pelatihan untuk pengembangan kemampuan guru sekolah terpencil.
