Analisis Profitabilitas dan Efisiensi Teknis Usahatani Kentang di Kecamatan Permata Kabupaten Bener Meriah

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the profitability and feasibility of potato farming in Permata District, Bener Meriah Regency. The benefit of this research is to deepen the knowledge of researchers in the science of agribusiness and the knowledge of potato farmers, farmers are expected to be able to use information sources in order to better develop potato farming so that it becomes even better. This study was analyzed descriptively, and the data obtained were presented in tabular form and obtained by calculating receipts, costs, revenues and ROIC analysis. The results of this study indicate the fact of the average acceptance per planting season of potato farming in the District of Permata was Rp. 63,956,358.70. and costs incurred during the average production process per planting season of Rp. 40,144,597.99. So the average income of farmers per planting season in a single production process was Rp. 23,811,754.71. Potato farm income in the Permata District of Bener Meriah Regency can be seen from the results of the Retunr On Invested Capital (ROIC) analysis which is greater than 1, which is 1.62 things which shows the income received by farmers in one production process that is suitable to be cultivated. Operational Ratio (OR) is the profit ratio that is directly related (directly related) to the level of use of input variables such as seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, and labor. The Operational Ratio (OR) of potato farming in the study area was 0.62 and the Gross Ratio (GR) of potato farming in the study area was 0.63, which means the farm thickness in the research area that can be traced, technical research developed a coefficient value of 1 , 15, ZA fertilizer, Megathane pesticides, and Ingrofol pesticides, their use must be calculated. Because it can reduce production of Potato farming.
