Perbedaan Saturasi Oksigen Pagi Dan Malam Hari Pada Pasien Stroke Iskemik Di Ruang Rawat Inap RSUDMeuraxa
Abstract
Ischemic stroke is a disorder of oxygen circulation to cerebral tissue caused by atherothrombosis in the cerebral artery and internal carotid artery. Oxygen saturation at night decrease oxygen levels in the lungs are insufficient to cause obstructive sleep apnue syndrome. This study aims to investigate whether difference in oxygen satuation in the morning and evening in ischemic stroke patients. This study used an descriptive method with a cross-sectional design. Data was collected using medical records and oximetry. The sample consisted of 50 which were choosen by total sampling technique. Then, the data was analyzed using the Wilcoxon signed rank test. The finding showed that the average of morning oxygen saturation data was 96% and night oxygen saturation was 94%, male sex suffer more ischemic stroke by 32 people (66%) and aged 45-64 years most suffer from ischemic stroke by 30 people (60%). The research showed that the sig value of 0,000 (p<0,05) which showed that there are difference in oxygen saturation in the morning and night in ischemic stroke patients.
