Abstract


Computer-based information systems are now a primary matter for information needs. Many fields have used computer-based information systems as a means to simplify work. This management requires a good accountability system and relevant and reliable information in decision making, planning and control. The more development of cooperative (union) activities in Indonesia, the greater the demand for cooperative management to be carried out in a more professional manner. In the Public Servant Canteen (KPN) Sehat Sejahtera RSUDZA, which in this case wants to develop a sales information system that is more effective and efficient. At this time the financial statement information system still uses a ledger, there is no system that can improve performance. So that there are often delays in the submission of financial reports. data processing did not reach the predetermined time. The technique used in this research is by means of observation, direct observation of the object of research. The benefits and results of the purpose of developing this system are to make it is easier for cashiers to report their financial data to the treasurer of the cooperative (union). Development of Multiuser Based Information System for KPN Canteen Sales at RSUDZA Banda Aceh City, which is a system that processes financial report data, as well as profit / loss statements. For access rights, cashiers can open all forms for financial reports. The results of this study developed a Multiuser-based sales information system with a case study at the Healthy and Prosperous Civil Servant Canteen (KPN) Banda Aceh Hospital, where in developing this system used system development tools, namely Data Flow Diagrams (DAD), Context Diagrams (Diagram Context), the Data Dictionary and using the PHP and MySql programming languages as the database.
