Rancang Bangun Ulang Ruang Bakar Biomassa untuk Meningkatkan Performance Pembakaran pada Unit Reaktor Fluidized Bed Boiler

Abstract


: Fluidisation reactor is a choice for the biomass of the thermal energy converging process. The process of burning biomass does not fall apart from the characteristics of the biomass it self, for this increases the biomass combustion system of the fluidization reactor units into critical attention at the testing stage. Biomass can be used to produce heat or energy from combustion. The fuel used in the study is coconut husk biomass and palm sheeting. The duration of the difference in the combustion of a burn space was not isolated with an insulated fuel chamber. Biomass fuel masses are compatible with fuel characteristics, since fuel characteristics affect the length of the process of combustion. On this research, each biomass quests 5 (kg) each test whithin 30 minutes. In the biomass before maximum temperature palm shell insulation at 20 t-412 0C, the coconut husk maxsimum termperature at minute 18 t-4360C, temperature palm blister maximum at any minute 15 t-396 0C, on biomass after isolation. Maxsimum temperature palm shell at 25 t-9020 C, maximum temperature coconut shells at 19 t-924 0C, maximum temperature palm bath at 21 t-6640C. Isolas server as a media deterrent to thermal loss and also maintains heat in the burn romm.
