Perancangan Sistem Informasi Berbasis Web Pada Taharah Laundry

Abstract

In the modern era, the rapid development of technology requires a computerized system and adequate facilities to improve the service quality to the public or customers in achieving the intended goal. A computerized system makes data processing more manageable and enables the management to work more effectively and efficiently. Taharah laundry is one of the businesses engaged in the service sector that requires a properly built record system and transactional data management that can quickly and accurately obtain all the necessary information. This study aimed to examine the system used by Taharah laundry and to design and implement a new computerized system. The method used in this research was the qualitative method. The results of this research can be used as a reference that provides a clear picture of information about web-based information systems at Taharah laundry. The system can help manage the transactional data easier and help Taharah laundry to be a more successful business, especially in providing service.
