Abstract


Sport in Islam is a recommendation from Rasullah SAW. Sports recommended in Islam are swimming, riding and archery. Each sport has benefits for everyone who does it. In addition to sports, every teaching advocated in Islam gives great benefit to those who do, such as performing prayers and fasting. Prayers if done in a timely manner, when viewed from the circulatory mechanisms of chi much to benefit the health of the body. For example, time dhuhur at 13:00 to 15:00 influence in doing sports activities that is for small intestine health. The prayer movement itself is a good sport because all the organs of the body move. Fasting also has great benefits such as growing a sense of patience and resting on digestion.
