Abstract


The new policies in Aceh have an impact on the world of education, one of which is the distance learning policy based on the Circular issued by the Ministry of Education and Culture, March 24, 2020 No 4/2020. This policy has implications for the direct learning process at every level of education, namely changes in the pattern of learning activities. Online learning is a distance learning activity that uses the internet as its main learning tool. At this time, the learning process in schools can no longer be carried out in the classroom, so the obstacles to learning or the learning process between teachers and children are very prominent. The method used in this article is descriptive qualitative. Where it is found that several factors that affect the decline in the quality and quality of education in Aceh are the lack of education related to the online learning system, the lack of access to facilities provided by the government such as the Ministry of Education and Culture's internet quota assistance, and the lack of literacy from the environment around students in Aceh, namely parents
