Potensi Pemberian Pupuk Organik Cair Bio In Grow Dan Pupuk Kandang Sapi Terhadap Pertumbuhan Dan Hasil Tanaman Tomat (Lycopersicum esculentum Mill.)

Abstract


Research on the application of Bio In Grow Liquid Organic Fertilizer and Cow Manure to increase the growth and yield of tomato plants (Lycopersicum esculentum Mill.) Which has been carried out in Lam Ateuk Village, Kuta Baro District, Aceh Besar District. This study aims to determine: (1) To determine the effect of giving Bio in Grow on the growth and yield of tomato plants, (2) To determine the effect of giving Cow Manure on the growth and yield of tomato plants (3) To determine the effect of interactions between giving Bio in Grow and Cow Manure on the growth and yield of tomato plants. In this study a randomized block design with three replications was used. The results showed that (1) showed that the effect of the Bio in-Grow liquid fertilizer dose under study was very significant in observing plant height, stem diameter at age 60 HST, and number of fruits per bunch. In the stem diameter at the age of 30 HST, Bio in-Grow liquid fertilizer has a significant effect on tomato plants, but at the stem diameter at the age of 45 HST the number of fruits per plant, and the weight of fruit per plant Bio in-Grow liquid fertilizer has no significant effect, (2 ) Shows that the effect of giving various doses of cow manure under study has a very significant effect on plant height, stem diameter on the number of fruit per bunch, number of fruits per plant and weight of fruit per plant, (3) There is a very significant interaction on the dose of Bio liquid fertilizer in-Grow and cow manure against plant height ages 30, 45 and 60 HST. The best treatment is in the dosage of Bio in-Grow liquid fertilizer and B2K2 cow manure (18 cc / plot, 7,2 kg / plot).
