Abstract

Abstract: The spread of Covid-19 takes place very quickly throughout the world, causing concern,including Aceh Province. Upah village, Bendahara district, Aceh Tamiang is the center of the crowdbecause it has adequate facilities for the residents around it. In addition to its position, this villagealso has potential in the trade sector. So that the potential for the spread of the pandemic will bemore widespread. Even the lack of public awareness in implementing health protocols can increasethe risk of infection. To prevent this problem, it is necessary to implement a health protocol (5M) toprevent the spread of Covid-19. The method used in this activity was socialization either directly byeducating the public about preventing Covid-19 in various community activities, or indirectly byapproaching people's homes and conveying information through social media. This service activitywent well and smoothly. The results of this activity are increasing public understanding aboutpreventing Covid-19 and increasing the application of health protocols in daily life such as washinghands, wearing masks, maintaining distance, staying away from crowds, reducing mobility.
