Abstrak

Abstract: The Learning Evaluation Development Training for teachers in the Subject Learninggroup (MGMP) T. Panglima Polem Banda Aceh aims to help teachers who have difficulties increating learning evaluation tools in their schools. The population of this research was 53 subjectteachers at SMP Negeri 6 Banda Aceh. The training method was carried out by providing boththeory and practice of creating learning evaluation tools (workshops) to participants who meet thestandard material. The result of the training showed that the teacher has improved their skills increating the educational evaluation tools. Therefore, this training has contributed to improving thequality of education in these schools.
