Abstrak

Abstract: This community service is entitled English language tutoring for elementary school agestudents in Lampoh Keude Village. This community service activity is in the form of tutoring. Thepurpose of this tutoring is to improve the basic mastery of English vocabulary for children. ThisEnglish tutoring activity was held in Lampoh Keude Village, Kuta Baro District, Aceh Besar,which was attended by 30 participants. The implementation of tutoring activities used the methodof explanation, demonstration and playing game. The results of this activity show an increase inEnglish language skills, namely an increase in students' English vocabulary. The students are ableto follow and understand the English material that was taught in this tutoring activity. Thistutoring is effective in helping elementary school age children in Lampoh Keude Village toimprove their knowledge such as the alphabet, fruits, colors and nouns in English.
