Personal Hygiene di Desa Cot Cut Kecamatan Kuta Baro Kabupaten Aceh Besar

Abstrak

Personal hygiene is increasing health status, maintaining personal health, improving personal hygiene, preventing disease, increasing self-confidence and creating beauty. Personal hygiene is necessary for individual comfort, safety and health. The function of personal hygiene is to maintain cleanliness and be able to practice healthy/clean living by improving the picture or perception of health and hygiene and creating appearances that are in accordance with health needs. The aim of the research is to increase community knowledge and understanding, it is necessary to carry out counseling on Personal Hygiene in the village of Cot Cut Kuta Baro District, Aceh Besar District. The research method is in the form of lectures and questions and answers. The results of this study are an increase in public understanding and knowledge. What can be suggested from the results of this activity is that the provision of knowledge about personal hygiene needs to be optimized, especially the addition of the scope of personal hygiene.
