Abstrak

Abstract: Community service activities aim to increase the knowledge and skills of partners inmanaging and developing home-based businesses, so that partners can be economicallyindependent. Based on these objectives, it is hoped that the problems faced by Mrs. Fatmawati'shome-based business can be resolved. In this service activity, the problems that will be prioritizedare inadequate production equipment, no financial management/financial bookkeeping, andineffective marketing. The solution offered by the community service team in solving problems isto provide direct assistance in the form of capital and production equipment, train and fosterfinancial management and marketing. The method used is the method of training and coaching topartners. From the implementation of this service activity, there has been a provision of initialcapital and production equipment, the availability of bookkeeping reports, there are alreadybusiness brands/labels, attractive packaging, and marketing training, so as to increase productionefficiency and create good cash flow.
