Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Ibu Hamil Terhadap Konsumsi Tablet Zat Besi (Fe) Di Puskesmas Kuta Alam Banda Aceh Tahun 2018

Abstrak

Lack of iron (iron deficiency anemia) during pregnancy can have an adverse impact on both the mother and the fetus. who give birth a lot, pose a greater risk in pregnant women who are anemic. Iron deficiency also affects fetal growth so that at birth, the body weight is below normal, which is known as low birth weight (LBW) babies. Data obtained from the Kuta Alam Health Center, the target of pregnant women in 2017 was 626 people, who received Fe1 as many as 594 people (94.8%), and Fe3 as many as 575 people (91.8%), and 37 people who had anemia ( 5.9%). This study aims to determine the factors that influence pregnant women to consume iron (Fe) tablets at the Kuta Alam Public Health Center Banda Aceh in 2018. This type of research is analytic with a Cross Sectional approach, the sampling technique is Accidental Sampling, totaling 32 samples. third trimester pregnant women, the method of data collection was by distributing questionnaires containing 22 questions, the study was conducted on 28 April-13 May 2018. Research Results There is an effect of knowledge of pregnant women on the consumption of iron tablets (Fe) with a P-value = 0.007, there is an effect of information on pregnant women on the consumption of iron tablets (Fe) with a P-value = 0.03, there is an effect of husband's support on the consumption of iron (Fe) tablets with a P-value = 0.000. It is hoped that health workers will be able to provide comprehensive information to all pregnant women (when the mother performs the ANC examination) about the importance of consuming iron tablets during pregnancy
