Abstrak

The problem that is often faced by stroke patients is movement disorders, patients have difficulty walking because they experience disturbances in muscle strength and body balance. The purpose of this counseling activity is to provide knowledge and understanding to fathers and mothers in Gampong Lampoh Keude, Kuta Baro District, Aceh Besar, about joint motion exercises. A TEAM of community service lecturers and students carry out activities in the form of socialization related to education and joint motion exercises to overcome stroke in the community. The socialization activity was carried out on April 22 2019 at Lampoh Keude Village, Kuta Baro District, Aceh Besar. The benefits of this socialization aim to add insight and educate the public about joint movement to prevent stroke. The activity support team consisted of nursing lecturers, Puekesmas Kuta Baro and nursing students. In general, this community service activity aims to increase public understanding so that people avoid stroke
