Pengaruh Pengetahuan dan Kondisi Fisik terhadap Aktifitas Seksual Ibu Hamil Trimester I dan III Di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Kuta Malaka
Abstract
Sex with a husband and wife is a need that needs to be fulfilled to make married life happy, maintain a husband and wife relationship, and get offspring. Physical conditions and physical changes in pregnant women include physical and psychological changes that can have an impact on the lives of pregnant women, one of which is sexual activity. Abstinence from sexual intercourse during pregnancy for too long can cause tension between husband and wife and can even lead to infidelity, divorce between partners. This study aims to determine the effect of physical condition and knowledge on the sexual activity of pregnant women in the first and third trimesters in the Kuta Malaka Health Center Work Area. This type of research is an analytic survey with a cross sectional approach which was carried out in July 2021 in the Work Area of the Kuta Malaka Health Center, Aceh Besar. The population in this study were 61 pregnant women in the first and third trimesters in March-May. The technique in this research is total sampling. Data collection using primary data with multivariate analysis techniques. The results showed that there was an effect of physical condition (p=0.000) and knowledge (p=0.002) on the sexual activity of pregnant women. It is expected that pregnant women have good knowledge about the condition of their pregnancy and the fetus they contain so that they can determine when and how often sexual activity can be carried out during pregnancyDownloads
