Abstract

The advancement of information technology encourages efficiency across various sectors, including vehicle wash services. Currently, Doorsmeer Bintang Terang still operates manually in customer registration, vehicle data recording, transactions, and reporting, leading to inefficiencies and potential data errors. This study aims to analyze the existing system and design a computerized information system solution. The analysis reveals the need for digitalization in operational processes to improve service speed, data accuracy, and ease of financial reporting and worker management. The proposed information system is expected to enhance efficiency, transparency, and professionalism in the business operations.
