Analisis Kinerja Ruas Jalan Mata Ie Aceh Besar

Abstract


For Lambheu Keutapang Village, Darul Imarah District, Mata Ie Road is one of the arterial road segments that passes through Lambheu Keutapang Village, Darul Imarah District, Aceh Besar Regency and is a road that connects Aceh Besar Regency and Banda Aceh City. However, in reality there are several local activities that occur, one of the activities that most affects the performance of the road section is the traditional market. The purpose of this study was to determine the performance of the Mata Ie Road section, especially in front of Keutapang Market, Aceh Besar, and to determine the impact of Keutapang Market on Mata Ie Road traffic based on side obstacles.The methodology used in this study is the Traffic Volume Survey with the PKJI 2023 method and survey data analysis with the PKJI 2023 method. Based on the results of the survey data analysis, the following results were obtained: The highest traffic volume on Wednesday, July 3, 2024 was 1486 Skr/hour at 17.00-18.00. while the lowest traffic volume occurred at 10.00-11.00 at 1142 Skr/hour, The highest side obstacles on Monday occurred at 17.00-18.00 at 394.79 incidents/hour while the lowest side obstacles occurred on Monday at 179.07 incidents/hour at 13.00-14.00 still at a moderate level. The degree of saturation on Sunday reached 0.66. On Monday the degree of saturation reached 0.62, and on Wednesday the degree of saturation reached 0.67 Indicating the level of road service according to PKJI is classified as level of service C The flow is stable, but the speed of the vehicle is controlled and the driver is limited in choosing the speed.
