Abstract

Abstract: The Learning Evaluation Development Training for teachers in the Subject Learning
group (MGMP) T. Panglima Polem Banda Aceh aims to help teachers who have difficulties in
creating learning evaluation tools in their schools. The population of this research was 53 subject
teachers at SMP Negeri 6 Banda Aceh. The training method was carried out by providing both
theory and practice of creating learning evaluation tools (workshops) to participants who meet the
standard material. The result of the training showed that the teacher has improved their skills in
creating the educational evaluation tools. Therefore, this training has contributed to improving the
quality of education in these schools.
