HUBUNGAN DISIPLIN TENAGA KESEHATAN DENGAN KINERJA PELAYANAN KESEHATAN DI PUSKESMAS KUTA BARO
Abstract
Performance becomes an important issue along with the increasing demands of society for high-quality services. Quality health services must continue to strive to improve their efficiency and effectiveness. Success in achieving these goals can improve the quality of service and meet the standards set while still paying attention to the social values of society. This study aims to determine the relationship between time discipline and health service performance at the Kuta Baro Health Center. This study uses correlation research which is intended to explain the relationship between variables. While the research design uses cross-sectional. This research was conducted at the Kuta Baro Health Center from februari 2024. The data collection technique in this study used questionnaires, observation sheets and identity documents. The data in this study were analyzed using univariate and bivariate analysis. Using the Spearman rank statistical test. The results of the study showed that there was a relationship between work discipline and health service performance at the Kuta Baro Health Center with a sig. (2-tailed) value of 0.000 <0.05 and a correlation of 0.576 or a strong relationship. Based on these results, health workers are expected to be able to maintain discipline to improve the quality of health services.
