PENGARUH DOSIS MIKORIZA ARBUSKULAR (FMA) DAN PUPUK KANDANG SAPI TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN DAN HASIL TANAMAN TOMAT (Lycopersicon esculentum Mill.)
Abstract
"The Effect of Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Dosage (AMF) and Cow Manure on the Growth and Yield of Tomato Plants (Lycopersicon esculentum Mill.)". This research aims to determine the effect of several doses of arbuscular mycorrhizal fertilizer (FMA) and cow manure and the interaction between the two on tomato plants (Lycopersicon esculentum Mill.). This research used a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with a 4 x 4 factorial pattern with 3 replications, so there were 16 treatment combinations and 48 experimental units. The first factor studied was Arbuscular Mycorrhizal fertilizer (A) consisting of 4 treatment levels, A0 = Control, A1 = 5 grams/Polybag, A2 = 10 grams/Polybag and A3 = 15 grams/Polybag. Meanwhile, the second factor studied was Cow Manure (B) consisting of 4 levels of treatment, namely without treatment, B0 = Control, B1 = 50 grams/Polybag, B2 = 100 grams/Polybag and B3 = 150 grams/Polybag. The results of the research showed that the treatment with several doses of Arbuscular mycorrhizal fertilizer studied had a very significant effect on plant height (45 and 60 DAP), stem diameter (30, 45 and 60 DAP), Number of Fruits per Bunch, Number of Fruits per Plant and Fruit Weight per Plant . However, it has a real effect on plant height at 30 HST. The treatment dose of cow manure studied had a very significant effect on plant height (45 and 60 DAP), stem diameter (30, 45 and 60 DAP), Number of Fruit per Bunch, Number of Fruit per Plant and Fruit Weight per Plant. However, it has a real effect on plant height at 30 HST. There is a very real interaction between the dose of Arbuscular Mycorrhiza and cow manure on the number of fruits per plant. The best treatment is a combination of doses of Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi and A2B3 cow manure (10 gram Mycorrhiza Fertilizer/Polybag and 100 gram Cow Manure/Polybag)
