Pengaruh Self Directed Learning dan Bimbingan Retaker Terhadap Hasil Uji Kompetensi Mahasiswa Program Profesi Dokter Computer Based Test Di Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Abulyatama

Abstract


A doctor must have a competency standart. Standart of competence or SKDI used as a reference in development of graduation competency test. To have a competency standart medical students must follow the Competency Test of Proffesional Doctor Program (UKMPPD. To improve the graduation, students seek outside guidance and also do self directed or Self Directed Learning (SDL). This study aims to measure or see the effect of SDL with UKMPPD graduation.The method used is by distributing questionnaires to students who will follow UKMPPD. The result obtained by the influence of the application of SDL with UKMPPD graduation with significant value at the 0.05 level of trust obtained 0.000. While, guidance the obtained with significant value at the 0.05 level of trust obtained 0.009. Because the value <0.05 then in this case the influence of SDL and guidance with UKMPPD graduation.
