Hubungan Lama Demam dengan Hasil Serologi IGM dan IGG pada Anak Penderita Demam Berdarah Dengue di Rumah Sakit Meuraxa Banda Aceh 2018

Abstract


In Indonesia was first discovered cases of Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DBD) in Surabaya in 1968. Incidence Rate (IR) DBD by province in 2015 there are 3 provinces highest is Bali Province, East Kalimantan Province and Province of Southeast Kalimantan. The lowest Incidence Rate is East Nusa Tenggara Province, which is 0.68 per 100,000 population, Maluku Province of 4.63 per 100,000 population and West Papua Province of 7.57 per 100,000 population. Epidemiology in the province of Aceh in 2016 incidence of dengue fever increased compared to the previous year. The incidence rate in 2016 is 2651 cases, with 21 deaths from all dengue cases in 2016. Based on this background, the researcher wanted to see the relationship of fever with serology result of IgM and IgG in children with dengue hemorrhagic fever in RSUD Meuraxa Kota Banda Aceh. This study aims to determine the relationship between fever with serology results of IgG and IgM in children suffering from Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever at Meuraxa Hospital in Banda Aceh city 2017. This research is useful for information material to diagnose fever based on dengue (DHF) based on serology of IgM and IgG. This type of research is quantitative by using cross sectional method. The sample was taken using the patient's Medical Record at Meuraxa Hospital, by examining the results of IgM and IgG levels in patients with Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DBD). The study was conducted at the Meuraxa Hospital in Banda Aceh. The research will be done by taking the data of patient record of patient suffering from DHF from December 2016 - February 2017. The result of this research indicates that Age is not significant to determine the duration of fever which is caused by dengue virus. Based on the research that has been done by the researcher, the results obtained that Pvalue = 0.144 IgM in children and Pvalue = 0.092 IgG in children and Pvalue = 1000 teen IgM and Pvalue = 0.134 adolescent IgG. Based on this hypothesis it can be concluded that there is no long-term relationship of fever with IgM and IgG serulog on the basis of age.
