ANALISIS EFEKTIVITAS MESIN CRUSHER DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN PENGUKURAN NILAI OVERALL EQUIPMENT EFFECTIVENESS (OEE) DI BANK SAMPAH INDUK SADAR MANDIRI ACEH
Abstract
A crusher machine (chopper) is a machine for resizing plastic waste contained in the Main Waste Bank Sadar Mandiri Aceh. To find out the level of effectiveness of the crusher machine, an analysis is carried out using the OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) method. and 6 big losses (Six Big Losses). The Six Big Losses that cause these losses are: losses due to equipment damage (Breakdown Losses). production (Reduced Speed Losses), losses due to product defects in the process (Rework Losses), losses due to low yields (Yield/Scrap Losses). Based on the analysis and results of calculating the OEE value of the crusher machine for 21 October 2022 – 19 November 2022, the availability value = 71.83% does not meet JIPM standards, namely 90%, Performance Efficiency = 86.88%, does not meet JIPM standards, namely 95%, quality of rate = 100% meets the JIPM standard of 99% and the average OEE value = 63.65% does not meet the JIPM standard of 85%. Factors that have the largest percentage of the six big losses are breakdown losses of 49.34%, minor idling and stoppages of 22.94%, reduced speed of 16.38%, setup and adjustment of 11.32%. With this analysis, prevention can be designed so that it can reduce the six big losses factor.
