Analisis Permasalahan Guru Biologi Secara Psikologis dalam Proses Pembelajaran Daring di Masa Pandemi Covid-19

Corona virus is an infectious disease that can attack the human immune system. The outbreak of the corona virus (Covid-19) as a pandemic has made the government implement policies by implementing online learning methods (in networks). no exception in the superior high school schools in Banda Aceh which is one of the red zones in Aceh Province. This study aims to analyze the constraints of biology teachers on psychological standards at SMAN Unggul Banda Aceh City in carrying out the online learning process during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research was conducted in several SMAN Unggul Banda Aceh. This research is a type of descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The research sample consisted of 18 biology teachers. The data collection technique was carried out using a questionnaire/questionnaire in the form of a google form. The data were analyzed descriptively quantitatively using the percentage formula. The results showed that there were no psychological problems experienced by biology teachers (43%, category: very low), during the online learning process.
