Pengaruh Rasio Tepung Jagung dan Tepung Indigofera (Indigofera Sp) Sebagai Sumber Karbohidrat Dalam Ransum Pakan Terhadap Pertumbuhan Benih Ikan Nila (Oreochromis Niloticus)

Abstract


Indigofera sp is a group of legumes containing rich in nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium and calcium so that it can be used as animal feed. Indigofera zolingeriana leaf flour can be used as animal feed ingredients because it has crude protein (PK) content of 27.68%, NDF 43.56%, ADF 35.24%, Ca 1.16%, P 0.26%, digestibility of ingredients dried (KCBK) 67.50%, organic matter digestibility (KCBO) 60.32%, tannin 0.08%, and saponin 0.41%. The study aims to determine the effect of the ratio of corn flour and indigofera flour as a source of carbohydrates in feed rations on the growth of tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus) seeds. Test fish seeds used an average weight of 1.59 ± 0.30 grams and a length of 4.64 ± 0.25cm with a stocking density of 20 fish / container. Maintenance time is carried out for 49 days. Feeding is carried out by feeding rate of 5% with a frequency of 2 times a day at 09.00 and 17.00 WIB. The design used is a non factorial Complete Randomized Design (CRD) by applying 4 treatments and 3 replications. The treatments included treatments A (0%), B (10%), C (20%), and D (30%). The analysis used was the ANOVA test, then continued the Duncan test. The results showed that the effect of the ratio of corn flour and indigofera flour as a source of carbohydrate in the feed ration to the growth of tilapia seeds was not significantly different (P <0.05) on SR, PBM, PPM, SGR, FCR, and EPP on tilapia. Treatment D obtained the highest results on SR (90 ± 2.89%), PBM (2.21 ± 0.13gr), PPM (1.84 ± 0.09cm) FCR (2.83 ± 0.09), SGR ( 1.79 ± 0.03%), and EPP (71.0 ± 2.69%).
