Abstract

This study aims to analyze the achievement level of pedagogical, professional, personality, and social competencies of PPL students from the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP) at Abulyatama University at SMA Negeri 1 Ingin Jaya. The research used a descriptive quantitative approach with data collection techniques through closed questionnaires and observation. Respondents consisted of 11 PPL students. The results showed that overall, the achievement of novice teacher competencies was in the "Good" category with an average score of 3.85 (on a scale of 5). In detail, pedagogical competence obtained the highest score (3.92; Good category), followed by professional competence (3.88; Good), social (3.83; Good), and personality (3.77; Good). These findings indicate that the PPL program has had a positive impact, but reinforcement is still needed in personality aspects and emotional management in learning. Research recommendations are directed at increasing intensive mentoring by supervising teachers and lecturers
