Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Kepercayaan Orang Tua terhadap Imunisasi

Abstract

The aim of this research was to find out factors affecting parental credence of child immunization. The method used in this study was cross-sectional using simple random sampling. Respondents were society or parents who’s live at Ateuk Jawo Banda Aceh and fulfill the inclusion and exclusion criteria of 50 respondent. This research was carried out by distributing and filling out questionnaire’s by respondent. Data analysis was performed by univariate analysis and bivariate analysis, univariate analysis used to look the frequency or percentage of each variable,while bivariate analysis used to determine the correlation between dependent variable and independent variable. the result of univariate analysis showed that were 100% of respondent believe in immunization, 64% of respondent have high knowledge about immunization while 34% of respondent have medium knowledge, 100% of respondent have a good attitude about immunization, and 100% of respondent have a good husband’s support for immunizing their children. And the result of bivariate analysis using the chi-square method showed that there is a significant correlation between knowledge and credence with a value of p = 0.048 (p <0.05). 64% of respondent have high knowledge about immunization while 34% of respondent have medium knowledge with 100% respondent believe in immunization. The conclusion of this research is that there is significant correlation between knowledge,attitude,and husband’s support with parental credence of child immunization at Ateuk jawo Banda Aceh in 2018.
