Analisis Faktor-Faktor Konsumsi Ikan yang Mempengaruhi pada Masyarakat Aceh Tengah

Abstract

Abstract: Fish protein provides 2/3 of the animal protein needs. This protein is also needed by mountainous communities who are relatively far from fish-producing areas in Aceh, one of which is Central Aceh district. The majority of the fish are freshwater fish, while the protein content is mostly found in seawater fish. The data were processed descriptively from the results of the questionnaire, as well as the results after filling out the questionnaire, and then displayed in the form of tables and diagrams. The sampling method in this study is the purposive sampling method. The number of respondents who participated in this study were 90 people who came from three sub-districts, namely Bies District, Lut Tawar District and Kute Panang District. The data were generated is from respondents who come from 3 sub-districts, namely Bies, Kute Panang and Lut Tawar. Respondents are 65 women and 25 men with various education where the majority of respondents are high school graduates or equivalent with the largest occupation is farming. The results showed that the influencing factor was the price of fish and taste with the results obtained 26,32% of respondents agreed the level of fish consumption, the factors that influenced it were the price of fish and the taste factor of 25,26%.
