Pengaruh Emotional Quotient Dan Budaya Organisasi Terhadap Semangat Kerja Aparatur Sipil Negara Mediasi Disiplin Kerja Pada Kantor Kementrian Perhubungan BPTD Wilayah II Sumatera Utara

Abstract


The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of emotional indicators and organizational culture on morale through work discipline at the North Sumatra Transportation Service. The survey method used is a quantitative method. The data collection method for this study is key data obtained directly from survey participants, 50 state officials who work in the BPTD Region II Office of the North Sumatra Transportation Service. Data analysis of this research used SPSS version 22 program. The results showed that the data were normally distributed, both tested using standard graphs and histograms, and approached the Kolmogorov-Smirnov tracking method, without problems with collinearity or variance of variation. The first hypothesis is that this sentiment index has a value of tcount > ttable (7.592 > 2.012) and has a significant effect on work morale. In the second hypothesis, organizational culture affects work morale with a value of tcount > ttable (6.903 > 2.012). In the third hypothesis, the emotional index has a significant effect on work discipline with a value of tcount > ttable (3.831 > 2.012). In the fourth hypothesis, organizational culture has a significant effect on work discipline with a value of tcount > ttable (2,697 > 2.012) which has a significant effect on work morale with a t value of, compared to the tcount value of 2.012. Finally, work discipline cannot be relaxed, influencing the emotional trade and organizational culture to lift morale.
