Abstract

Abstrak: Pemberian ASI kolostrum merupakan salah satu langkah penting dalam mencegah kematian bayi karena perannya dalam membentuk kekebalan tubuh dan melindungi dari infeksi. Namun, pemberian kolostrum di Indonesia masih di bawah target.. Penelitian menggunakanpendekatan deskriptif analitik dengan desain cross-sectional. Populasi penelitian adalah ibu menyusui bayi usia 0-6 bulan, dengan total 43 responden. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan ibu (P=0,000), berhubungan signifikan dengan pemberian kolostrum. Penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya edukasi dan dukungan lintas sektor dalam meningkatkan pemberiankolostrum.
