Abstract

Abstrak: Perkembangan kasus COVID-19 menunjukkan bahwa telah terjadi peningkatan kasus ibu hamilterkonfirmasi COVID-19 di sejumlah kota besar di Indonesia dalam keadaan berat. Upaya pemberianvaksinasi COVID-19 bagi ibu hamil telah direkomendasikan oleh Komite Penasihat Ahli ImunisasiNasional /ITAGI. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan denganketidaksediaan ibu hamil terhadap vaksinasi COVID-19 di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Piyeung KabupatenAceh Besar tahun 2022. Jenis penelitian ini adalah analitik dengan desain cross sectional. Pengumpulandata dilakukan pada tanggal 14 Mei s/d 03 Juni 2022. Populasi dalam penelitian ini seluruh ibu hamil diwilayah kerja Puskesmas Piyeung dengan teknik total sampling dengan jumlah sampel 85 orang. Analisismenggunakan chi square test, teknik analisa univariat dan bivariat. Hasil penelitian diperoleh terdapathubungan pendidikan (p=0,001), pengetahuan (p=0,004) dan dukungan suami (p=0,000) denganketidaksediaan vaksin COVID-19. Diharapkan petugas kesehatan agar lebih aktif dalam mempromosikandan menyediakan informasi terkait dengan vaksinasi COVID-19 pada ibu hamil.
