Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan frekuensi menyusui dengan kejadianregurgitasi pada bayi usia 0-6 bulan di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Darussalam Aceh Besar. Penelitian inimenggunakan metode deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan cross-sectional, melibatkan 36 responden yangibu bayinya mengalami regurgitasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa frekuensi menyusui yang tidakideal juga menunjukkan hubungan dengan kejadian regurgitasi, dimana 70,6% bayi dengan frekuensimenyusui tidak ideal mengalami regurgitasi, dengan p-value 0,017. Kesimpulannya, baik teknik maupunfrekuensi menyusui yang tepat sangat mempengaruhi kejadian regurgitasi pada bayi 0-6 bulan. Oleh karenaitu, disarankan agar ibu memastikan frekuensi menyusui yang ideal untuk mengurangi risiko regurgitasi.
