Section Policy

Original Research

Reports of original studies in the journal's scope, including observational, experimental, and qualitative studies. Manuscripts must be original, must not be published or under consideration elsewhere, and must follow the Author Guidelines and the relevant reporting guideline (for example STROBE for observational studies and CONSORT for trials).

Case Report

Reports of clinical or family-medicine cases that offer a clear lesson for practice. Written informed consent from the patient (or parent or guardian) is required, and the report should follow the CARE guideline.

Review Article

Critical literature reviews, systematic reviews, and meta-analyses on current health topics. Systematic reviews should follow the PRISMA guideline.

All submissions in every section go through editorial screening and double-blind peer review.
