Abstrak

Abstract: Feedback is the process of delivering information, advice, guidance and supervision frominstructors to student progress, and student's qualifications. Feedback is part of education, training andhealth training programs. In a feedback meta-analysis study, Kluger and DeNisi concluded that feedbackresponses "improved the average application." However, they also found more than one-third of thefeedback functions led to a decrease in performance. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect oflearning on the students at Pendidian Utama Hospital Banda Aceh Year 2018. This research is descriptivewith Cross Sectional Study conducted in Banda Aceh Primary Education Hospital. The population in thisstudy is medical students. The number of medical students as many as 91 people. The sample used totalsampling with 91 respondents. there is the influence of specific feedback on student learning motivation atthe clinical stage and there is no effect of non-specific feedback on student learning motivation at theclinical stage.
